USED Gibson Les Paul Custom…
You heard what the man said. We currently have a lovely USED Gibson Les Paul Custom up for sale. It comes in black livery and plays wonderfully. The frets have the lovely Gibson ‘square’ type profile, and fretting notes is near-effortless.
The previous owner has replaced the original pickup surrounds and scratch plate with authentic Gibson parts in cream, which in my view gives the guitar an air of the APPEARANCE of a Standard Model. The original units are in good shape though, and are included in the fantastic Gibson ‘Custom’ hard case, so if you’d prefer the aesthetics a little different you’ve got the option.
This instrument is not currently advertised on our web-store, but please have a look at the images below, and call our Aylesbury Store on +44 (0) 1296 392225 for more information.

USED USA Strat …x2!
Fender’s position in the musical instrument marketplace is unquestionably spectacular. There must be very few guitarists in the world who haven’t either owned, played or wanted a Fender guitar/bass, and you’ll probably see them at most concerts or gigs in the pop/rock/blues/funk/reggae etc etc idioms.
The American-made products Fender makes, most notably the American Standard or American Series instruments, have long been industry standards – with exceptional build quality, wonderful playability and versatility they stand the test of time as they’re always in demand whether used or new. In an American Fender guitar or bass you will find a very sturdy and trusty musical friend that you can make uniquely yours.
And so to the core part of this article. To cut to the chase WE HAVE USED AMERICAN STRATS IN STOCK. IN STOCK. These things don’t tend to hang around long either so definitely come down and play them, or give us a call. We’ve got a couple of American Standard Strats and a Hot Rod too! Check out the photos below of two of them.
The first one is an 80′s Strat which has had a face lift with a black scratchplate. The maple neck has aged nicely, tinting over the years, and it feels very solid in the hand. Overall this guitar oozes David Gilmour – and to the untrained eye could be a New-old-stock type guitar build in the David Gilmour mould! This guitar doesn’t come with a hard case, but is some tasty guitar for under £500.
The second is our Hot Rod – in fetching Surf Green, the pearloid pickguard really pops out. Another maple neck adourns this guitar with pickups that appear to be Texas Specials! Mmmmm.
As I alluded to before, these guitars will hold their value, so not only will you own a fantastic musical instrument, but it will also be a stable asset, which will reasonably command the same money you pay today for many years to come.
